Ditto is on a mission to revolutionize care by providing people the right info, in the right format, at the right time.
Why?
Imagine your grandmother always bringing one of her children to the hospital, since she does not fully grasp what has been said, let alone is she able to recall what's going on when she comes home. Or going through ten different apps and hospital portals to stitch together your medical history, in Latin. Healthcare systems are designed for the providers, and leave people feeling like a passive and ill-understood patient. We think this can and should be different, by putting you and your loved ones at the heart of care.
What?
With Ditto. Our technology allows everyone to capture, explain, and share meaningful interactions about health. Today, that is an AI-powered app that clarifies any healthcare encounter and document. Soon, we grow towards a platform that allows you to keep track of your own healthcare, invite loved ones to follow your care journey, and vice versa. In short: we want to build the Polarsteps for Health.
Who?
A young yet turbo ambitious and experienced team, with little patience for the status quo. We're driven by a shared mission and excited about building fast and purposefully. Days after launch, we reached #1 healthcare app in the Netherlands and got covered by 15 newspapers. This was nice validation, but mostly proof that what we're trying to achieve matters for many. Met meer dan 5 jaar ervaring ben je een gepassioneerde engineer die technologie fascinerend vindt en graag op de hoogte blijft van de meest effectieve tools. Je bent een ervaren professional die de volledige verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de mobiele ontwikkeling van onze app – van ontwikkeling tot het vaststellen van de vereisten, ontwerp, implementatie en monitoring.
📱Inheems of hybride?
We hebben een iOS-versie van onze app gebouwd die binnenkort wordt gelanceerd. Momenteel onderzoeken we of we voor Android moeten ontwikkelen of moeten overstappen op een hybride codebase. Alles is bespreekbaar en we horen graag jullie mening. Kortom: alle soorten mobiele ontwikkelaars zijn welkom om te solliciteren.
🧠 Hoe je werkt
Neem de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de implementatie van mobiele applicaties
Werk hard, maar vooral slim. We verwachten dat het hele team AI-tools inzet om hun eigen snelheid en kwaliteit te verbeteren.
Ontwerp en implementeer tastbare, praktische toepassingen (vermijd over-engineering)
Denk mee, maar verzet je ook als onze gedurfde ambities technisch onhaalbaar/moeilijker blijken dan we naïef denken.
Allereerst werk je met een leuk team (kijk eens naar ons). Er is volop ruimte om de cultuur en het bedrijf als geheel vorm te geven, en je krijgt een aandeel in het succes van het bedrijf via aandelen. En: we hebben een heleboel Poke-merchandise.
