One recording, two summaries

Patients calling back asking what exactly you said. Children having to come to the consultation to translate. Or patients trying to write notes with pen and paper while you're explaining.

Sound familiar? Despite good explanations, patients don't remember everything. Juvoly and Ditto are now tackling this together: thanks to a new integration, you can provide a clear, patient-friendly summary with a single action at the end of the consultation.

What you already automatically capture in Juvoly is now also accessible to the patient without extra work.

How it works

It just takes two clicks

  1. During the consultation. Juvoly records the conversation as usual

  2. Summary generated. Juvoly creates a medical summary that you review

  3. QR code appears. After approval, you press the Ditto button and a QR code appears on your screen

  4. Patient scans. The patient scans the code with their phone's camera

  5. Patient receives summary. Ditto automatically converts the medical summary into understandable language and saves it in the app

The patient can review the summary at home, save it for follow-up appointments, or share it with their partner, children, or caregiver.

The patient summary can be created in Dutch, English, Arabic, and Turkish.

FAQ

Does my workflow stay the same? Yes. You work in Juvoly exactly as you're used to. The integration only adds the ability to give the patient access to their own summary with a single action.

What about privacy? All data remains within Juvoly until the moment the patient scans the QR code. By scanning, the patient explicitly gives consent to receive the summary in Ditto. All data is encrypted and stored locally on the patient's device.

What do I need? The integration currently only works in the web version of Juvoly (Quickconsult). You need to register your practice via the form below. Your patients need to install the Ditto app.

Can I get materials for patients? Yes. You can request information materials such as waiting room posters, brochures, and example emails to inform your patients.
